A fun cooking project to do with the kids! If you’re teaching math skills, have them double the recipe before they can bake them!
Preheat oven to 350
1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour 3 large eggs
¾ tsp of baking soda 2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of peanut butter 1 cup of oats
1 1/4 cup of butter (room Temp) 1 cup of M&M’s
¾ cup of brown sugar ½ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup of sugar ½ chopped pretzels
½ cup of dried cranberries or raisins
½ cup of shredded coconut
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment or silicon baking sheet.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients until light and fluffy. With mixer on low add dry

The M&M’s and pretzels.
Chill for 1-2 hours.
Spoon onto cookie sheets with a small ice cream scoop. Or with a tablespoon and wet hands roll into a ball. Press excess candy of your choice on top.
Bake for 14-16 minutes
