$250 – Cover design and placing in publisher’s format
$49 for trade book and EPub (charged by the book publishing company)
ISBN = $25 x 2 (trade copy and Ebook fees)
EAN number for marketing to large companies = $89
Proof Copy varies but runs about $8-$12 plus shipping
