We love this very lo (almost no carb) cheesecake. It satisfies that sweet tooth craving!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl add:
1 cup of cream cheese
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of Monk sweetener or a sugar free sweetner of your choice.
Blend all the ingredients together, place in small ramiken bowls and place on a cookie sheet. this recipe fills 6 small bowls.
Bake for 40 minutes or until sides pull away.
Melt sugar free dark chocolate and drizzle over the top or top with fruit of your choice.
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes before eating! ENJOY!!!
